Manadeep Raje (Mani) is the owner of The Finance Pro LLC. and has a history of driving market share, revenue growth, optimizing profitability, and fortifying company balance sheets.

Throughout his career, Mani realized that internal finance teams, through no fault of their own, were limited in their expertise to tackle an ever evolving landscape. This was due to a number of reasons such as being inundated with routine processes, lack of a conscious effort in upskilling, not embracing new and improved tools, and narrow vantage points that were limited to their own organization or BUs. This resulted in an absence of finance proactively driving strategic outcomes and not being seen as a strategic partner to the business instead of a cost center.

This was the primary reason for The Finance Pro to be born.

Mani’s 20+ years of professional experience comes from a wide range of industries. During this time, Mani led teams through various business life cycle stages and was responsible for key functions including Corporate Finance, Sales Finance and Product Finance. This included mandates that ranged from achieving hyper growth to maintaining balanced growth to maximizing profitability under a constrained environment.

Mani holds a Masters in Business Administration (M.B.A) from Australia and an active CPA license.
